Why have I been asked for a card authorisation form?

To ensure the security of the cardholder, Bestjet.com from time to time will request a credit card authorisation form be completed.

This may be because a booking has been made in very short notice to departure, a one-way booking has been made within a short period to departure or a booking may have been made to a destination which has a high activity of card fraud.

If this applies to your booking you will receive an email for Bestjet.com outlining the additional information required. Please the email carefully and complete in full. The requested information is secure and is only used to verify the identity of the card holder and the legitimacy of the transaction.

These procedures are to ensure the cardholder is protected against card fraud.

Prompt completion of these procedures will ensure Bestjet.com can issue your E-tickets.
