What do I do if my frequent flyer points are missing?

Frequent Flyer Points can take up to eight weeks to reach your Frequent Flyer Account after travel has been completed.

In order to check your points have been credited to your account you will need to check the relevant airlines "Activity Statement"

If you have not been credited frequent flyer points for your journey, please contact the airline's frequent flyer department directly for assistance.

Please ensure you have a copy of your itinerary as well as your boarding passes available.

You should contact the airline within six months of completing your travel.
