If I need to cancel my flight, will I receive a credit or refund?

Cancel Ticket

Bestjet.com allows the cancellation of tickets subject to the issuing Airlines Ticket and Fare Rules. In some instances this may mean that the ticket is non-refundable. In all cases fees will apply.

Hold Ticket in Credit 

Bestjet.com allow ticket to be held in credit subject to the issuing Airlines Ticket and Fare Rules. Generally the credit remains valid for 3-12 months from the original date of purchase. The credit can only used for further travel with the issuing Airline at one time towards the purchase of new fare at equal or higher value to the original purchase. At no time will the airline allow a change of name on the ticket. In all cases fees will apply.

In you wish to cancel your ticket or place it in credit for future use, this must communicated to Bestjet.com in writing at least 48 hours prior to departure.

 

Refund Ticket

Bestjet.com will facilitate the process of ticket refund subject to the issuing Airlines Ticket and Fare Rules. Bestjet.com does hold the ticket funds and must process the refund from the Airline. This process can take up to 12 weeks to be completed. The refund will processed back to the original form of payment. In all cases fees will apply.
